Statuary 1

I've updated my website to include two more picture projects, Windows and East of the Mountains. Soonish, I'll be adding more stills from Curtis Taylor's film project, a new slide show and new musician fotos. This is the last weekend that my show will be hanging at the Corridor Gallery.

Roslyn

pThis recent "study" is amusing on a number of levels, not the least of which is why someone named Nimrod is researching what's "cool":

It's hip to be square, according to a new study.

Researchers at the University of British Columbia have found that the iconic image of the rebel, embodied by the likes of James Dean and Marlon Brando, is no longer what people identify with the term "cool."

The new cool is a friendly, good-looking, industrious person who dresses well, fits in and is trendy; someone "your mother would want you to be," said Ilan Dar-Nimrod, a researcher on the study.

Pictures of Pictures 5

Took a little road trip last week and this is the first thing I found, in Cle Elum, cropped in to help identify the spot around the corner from here at the Pioneeer Sq. pergola - circa ? An original biker gang that probably bombed around the streets of Seattle endlessly.... leave a comment if you have any thoughts on vintage.
